Notification: Shepard Ln Culvert Replacement Project

The Inyo County Road Department (ICRD), in collaboration with the Bishop Creek Water Association (BCWA), will be replacing a culvert on the south end of Shepard Lane. This work is scheduled to take place Tuesday, February 17, 2026, through Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this period, traffic delays and limited access in the work zone can be expected. Water flow in this area will be significantly reduced throughout the project. ICRD asks that any long-term parked vehicles are moved off the roadway prior to the start of work to ensure access for crews.
