Fall and Winter Flows

As of 10/1 Bishop Creek measured at Plant 6 has been reduced to 35 cfs.  This is the flow we had throughout last fall and winter.  Priority will be given to the areas which are on private wells.  The goal for fall and winter will be to keep the aquifers charged.  The water master will be posting a rotation schedule as soon as the system settles down.
