Highland Drive ditch problem

This morning we received a call from a residence on the north side of Sunset Drive that the sump pumps installed last year to deal with the flooding issues had kicked on.  Water from the South Highland ditch has encroached to at least two residences located on the north side of Sunset.  As a result, the flow down this ditch has been cut back.  We were hopeful that we could get water down to Barlow but now that will not be possible.  We will be contacting the members on Highland to come up with solutions to this problem,
