North Carol Lane and South Sunset

We are seeing water encroachment on the South side of Sunset up toward the west.  As the sunset ditch only has gate leakage as flow, we think it may be coming from the North Carol Lane ditch.  We are going to shut it off to see if the encroachment subsides.
